established "The Turbo 7 Step Plan"

1) Product Evaluation:  Whether a client wishes to develop a
new product, increase productivity, or enhance an existing
product, as professionals in the processing machinery industry,
Turbo's expert staff can quickly assess a clients' objectives and
goals through a carefully targeted informational session.

2) Collaboration with Equipment Manufacturer:  Once Turbo
has identified its clients needs, a series of meetings are
conducted with the engineering team of the process machinery
manufacturer to develop working solutions.

3) Proposal Submittal:  After careful analysis, a comprehensive
proposal addressing the needs and objectives of the client is
submitted. A review of the proposal is conducted between Turbo
and client.

4) Detail specifications:  In accordance with each client's
individual needs, Turbo Systems will develop detailed
specifications related to every processing machinery equipment.

5) Final Agreements:  Once all specifications are agreed upon,
a realistic timetable is established for implementation of the
project.

6) Implementation: Once approved, Turbo will begin tracking the
progress of fabrication and coordinate the shipment, installation
and start-up of the equipment.

7) After Sales Services:  The signing of a contract is only the
beginning of the relationship between Turbo and the client.
Turbo's consultants continuously update the customer about the
latest technology, as well as provide after sales spare parts
services.
